"Living Venus" appears to be a movie similar to those directed by Ed Wood, but in reality, it is not a bad film at all, and Herschell Gordon Lewis has already shown with this debut that he has storytelling abilities and can successfully build up a relatively simple story while still being able to shock. For its time, there is a significant amount of nudity, although don't expect anything excessively indecent.
