Sinopsis(1)
A postman wants to buy some shoes but leaves the shop dissatisfied. The shop assistant stops him and points out that his feet have to be measured properly. It turns out that the postman has flat feet which require orthopaedic insoles. One of the shop assistants gives him a foot massage, washes his socks and wraps up his old shoes and the customer leaves the shop fully satisfied. A discerning customer makes the shop assistant work for her money. An observant assistant points out to a customer that her feet are stiff with cold and she would certainly have trouble trying on new shoes. He bathes the customer's feet in warm water and recommends that in such cold weather she should weare warm shoes lined with lambswool.
