This film requires you to turn off your brain and enjoy the skillfully shot action, the good visual effects and the classic pathos. Simple, dumb, but fun.

Even though I don't know the world of financial transactions and I didn't understand 90% of the technical terms, I had a lot of fun.

Someone here really messed up here (namely the writer). Even the more than decent cast can't make up for such a stupid, predictable and mostly boring plot.

The best debut ever! Perfectly timed scenes, iconic catchphrases, Jay and Silent Bob, and one incredibly stupid day in the life of two salesmen. This isn't a movie, this is life!

A romantic comedy with not too many jokes and certainly not a classic romance. It's uncomfortably real at times. But brilliant!

An action flick that definitely doesn't offend and solidly entertains, but if you know anything of the Hong Kong work from this action god, it probably won't hold up.

The best movie of John Woo in Hollywood. Great action, great Travolta and Cage and great atmosphere. One of the best American action films of the 90s, but it's a long way from what Woo did in Hong Kong.

Definitely not a legal drama, but there have been many better things made in this genre. Despite the decent script and quality performances, I was bored quite often. It was kind of slow...
