Three actresses in a comic play about women and war. Three girls whose personal lives are a mess. The three start thinking of their lives in a more humourous way than usual, and the three actresses begin to realize that the play is a tragedy after all. THE GIRLS is a game being played by women, in a light-hearted manner, about very serious matters indeed. We see the eccentric, often funny, and very positive ways three women's minds work.
