Robi and Irén are in love, but her husband's occasional weird behaviour makes his wife desperate. Robi first astonishes a circle of friends, then plays the role of the elephant in a china-shop. He is taken into a clinic and is treated by professor Nopcsa who discovers a rare neurological illness in his case. While Nopcsa is observing his symptoms from a close physical distance, Robi gets involved in a funny relationship with his acquaintance named Sárika. Meanwhile, the family prepares an intervention. Their friend, the physician Einstein, wants to test his latest discovery on Robi with the intention of curing him. Although the experiment fails, peace is restored in the family.
