Police Academy 6 pulls out of the mud the motif of a masked villain with an unclear identity and a few good scenes (Hooks rapping, the final clash in the warehouse), but there is really not much in terms of humour. They already running on fumes and unnecessarily stretching the police saga. Comparable to the previous episode, but still very poor for a comedy.

I can't help it, but it's just not the same anymore and those Police Academy movies from the later era simply don't do it for me as much. The humor isn't there, it's more about the familiarity of having characters that you like and who behave as you expect. I always liked the first two parts the most.
