El publicista, David Howard (Albert Brooks), no obtiene el puesto de vicepresidente en la compañia en la que trabaja y decide renunciar. Convence a su esposa Linda (Julie Hagerty) que haga lo mismo, venden su casa, sus acciones y se compran un vehículo recreativo para recorrer los Estados Unidos. At the beginning, it had a promising start for a film that would be interesting both in terms of dialogue and the overall story. After the spouses arrived in Las Vegas, it started to get a bit dull, and the development was slightly bizarre but essentially uneventful. Albert Brooks is a great civil actor, but as a director, he didn't quite excel in this case.
