Sinopsis(1)

The first half of the movie was pretty boring (them fighting, getting thrown out, throwing up in their costumes, tying up their skates, a loophole in the rules, etc...). But then I was flooded with a good shower of humor, and that was when they were training and when they "skated" their first game, during which it was mentioned what an advantage it is when both men are in a pair... :-D It was very funny! ;-))) Well, then it fell into that standard of Ferrell's films (Kicking and Screaming, Bewitched, Elf, Old School...), I didn't see anything new that surprised me, made me laugh... So it gets 3 stars, gentlemen... :-) ()

inglés A little Zoolander on ice, a little Dodgeball, Semi-Pro, Talladega Nights... But still fun. I like Will Ferrell that way, and I like how Blades of Glory simultaneously makes fun of sports movies while keeping the story about friendship pretty sincere. Many of the scenes are really hilariously funny, but there are some slightly (not too many) weaker moments. ()

inglés This is even more impactful than Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story and crazier than Zoolander. I haven’t seen such a deadly barrage of humor for years and I’m now waiting to see who will be the first to serve up the Iron Lotus in a real championship. The Koreans can do it! ()

inglés This is such a stupid idea that a person can't help but be excited about it. A sport couple in figure skating is not formed by a man and a woman, but by two men. In the performance of Will Ferrell and Jon Heder, they make a great pair, and their struggles, victories, and losses are simply entertaining. Some jokes are absolutely excellent, and the figure skating environment is not yet as cliché, which makes it intriguing. Yes, I really enjoyed this. ()

inglés “As if figure-skating weren’t camp enough as it is." The first time you watch this, this is a classic “Ferrell sport movie", spiced up with boys dressed in tight, peacock-colored leotards. And this applies also to the second and third viewing. So, if you like this special type of humor, go watch it. But you don’t gain anything by doing so. Blades of Glory is surprisingly void of gags (apart from some wonderful exceptions) and rather sterile. It’s not boring, it’s pleasant to watch, it’s not embarrassing, but not very funny either. ()
