Sinopsis(1)
Ben McBride (Patrick Wayne) organiza una expedición por la Antártica para ir en busca de un amigo que lleva bastantes años desaparecido. En plena expedición descubre entre el hielo un oasis tropical en el que habitan hombres prehistóricos y unas criaturas inimaginables y terroríficas. El grupo tendrá que dejar de lado sus intenciones iniciales y empezar a huir de esas criaturas si quieren llegar al barco y regresar con vida a sus casas.
Basada en la novela del célebre escritor de género fantástico Edgar Rice Burroughs.
