Sinopsis(1)
(Filmin)

Roy Andersson and especially his film fans very much try to be "alternative." This is a film made for festival cinema programs and all those who are tired of conventional genre cinema. It is full of absurd minority humor but set in a melancholic atmosphere, with a slow pace and a static camera that disinterestedly records events around, including pronounced banalities. It didn't offend me, but I didn't have a reason to be enthusiastic, and over time I felt rather tired than an increasing interest. Honestly, those few funny situations could be better utilized even in a more audience-friendly film. I am surprised by the relatively high rating because just as there is a group of viewers from the festival audience who appreciate Andersson's style, I could easily imagine many other film fans giving it a Boo! rating. This really is not a film for everyone. Overall impression: 50%. ()
