Thanks to this episode, I understood that there has to be a Mars Rover accident for Leonard to find a partner. It certainly helped that he was the better of the two options. Howard's messages on the answering machine were absolutely perfect. "It's Howard." The debate between Sheldon and Rajesh also had some real fireworks. "I have just two words for that: Khan's wrath!"
