Sinopsis(1)

Dunya is Moroccan. Desie is Dutch. They grew up as best friends in the suburbs of Amsterdam. Now Dunya's parents plan to marry her off to a cousin in Morocco. Desie, meanwhile, is obsessed with finding her biological father. When she finds out he's living in Morocco, the two friends decide to travel there together. They crisscross the country, from city to village, desert to mountains. But Morocco is not Amsterdam, and they often find themselves in awkward—sometimes outrageous, often hilarious—situations. Most importantly, they will have to face a few life-changing decisions. (texto oficial de la distribuidora)

inglés It’s good for one viewing, but I strongly doubt I'd be jumping with excitement if I ever wanted to repeat this relaxed journey of women exploring Morocco to find their roots in the future. In my opinion, the film does not have the potential to appeal to a wider public. (55%) ()
