Learning that Mrs. Bell and Sugarfoot are in danger of being evicted, Lou accidentally re-ignites an age-old grudge between Jack and Tim when she decides to raise money for Mrs. Bell by resurrecting the Hudson Derby, a no-holds barred endurance horse race.
