A suggestive and original reconstruction of the last days of a mysterious man, whose body was discovered mummified in the midst of a forest. Who was this man? Why did he kill himself in one of the slowest ways possible – by starvation? This film by the Swiss filmmaker Peter Liechti was inspired by a true event and a novella by Masahiko Shimada. (4 živly)
