Sinopsis(1)

Military Justice Kuhn is back, and she needs Alicia's help prosecuting a male defense contractor accused of sexually assaulting a female officer. Because the accused rapist is not an official member of the United States military, his employer is liable for damages. But when the opposition argues that defense contractors can't be held liable in civil court due to the fact that they are subject to the military chain of command, Alicia has just 48 hours to make her case before the accused is sent back to the Middle East.
When Maddie Hayward tells Alicia that she is going to run against Peter, Eli is left to try and figure out how much damage was caused by personal things that Alicia told to Maddie in confidence. Nick's tow truck company loses out on their government contract, but Cary figures out a way to invalidate the winning bid. Alicia leaves it up to Kalinda to decide if she wants her husband to stay or not. (CBS TV Network)
