Sinopsis(1)

Plus with the Dugan and Sandler duo, you never know, one up, the next down. It's a shame it didn't quite work out this time. While Sandler handled both roles well, the script could have been more polished. Fortunately, the humor stays fairly intelligent and doesn't stoop to cheap jokes. Aside from a few good laughs, I was most entertained by the real-life footage at the beginning and the end. 3 stars. inglés God, why?!! This is not the Adam Sandler that has entertained me so much even in the roles of complete morons, and certainly not the actor who’s convinced us of his qualities in Punch-Drunk Love or Reign Over Me. This is just a bad joke and one big ordeal where Adam unnecessarily brings his long-established reputation as a popular comedian down to the level of his friend Rob Schneider, to whom this double role would be more appropriate. Another big problem for me is also the director Dugan, who after the cool Just Go with It apparently decided to make something really awful. The result can be seen in the ratings, which are unfortunately appropriate. Yes, some of the jokes were funny and I even laughed out loud a few times, but if it weren't for Al Pacino, who played an already idiotic role with his natural touch and charm, I think it would have been a total bust. 40% ()

inglés I am a stubborn defender of Adam Sandler and I like his movies. Recently, I was interested in "Machos", but also "Funny People". Maybe it was because he softened a bit. But thanks to Jill, he was able to return to his pose, which is annoying for some people. And in this case, it was. Sandler as Jack is fine. He maintains his standard and is also funny. Sandler as Jill is unbearable. He has a terrible voice that is really annoying, and besides, the character itself is worthy of hatred. Sandler probably decided to do what Eddie Murphy did: ruin his career in movies where he plays all the roles. I hope he will recover because I still believe in him, but with another similar movie, he will only kill his promising career, which is already dead to many. By the way, did you notice that Katie Holmes was in the movie? I hardly noticed. Al Pacino is a great actor, and it's nice that he can make fun of himself. But the final scene would have been enough for that. The presence of Johnny Depp was pleasing. When he appeared on the screen, the movie's rating immediately went up by 50%. inglés I really like Adam Sandler, but honestly, this movie seemed crazy since the very beginning. Adam Sandler’s got it all covered. Either he shoots a nice comedy or an insane comedy and, to shut the critics every now and then, he puts in some perfect dramatic character. Jack and Jill is one of the insane comedies, for sure, but unfortunately, it didn’t make me happy at all. In any case, it made Adam money and that’s the main thing. Adam proves that he can film anything he wants and each and every time, it’s a decent moneymaker. But this movie pissed me off. Jack was okay, but Jill could use a punch in the face. In any case, I must admit that I had a couple of good laughs, but Jill is a thorn in this movie that really ticked me off. ()
