Harta de un ambiente familiar que ella siente excesivamente opresivo y autoritario, Emma Evans, una adolescente problemática e insatisfecha en plena búsqueda de su identidad, decide un día hacer algo para acabar con esta situación. Para conseguirlo, Emma da rienda suelta a sus deseos más ocultos, sin sospechar que de esta forma desencadenará también oscuras y poderosas fuerzas que es incapaz de controlar, y que traerán el horror y la tragedia al hogar de los Evans. Emo bitch goes crazy. If there was a way to blend the creators and the quality of Emma Evans and of the recent exorcism flick The Rite, we could get a pretty good film. Unfortunately, that’s not the case and we have two at best average attempts at being The Exorcist’s little brother, which is two average attempts more than advisable. I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you’re eyes happen to fall on it, you won’t go blind.

The Spanish horror movie Exorcismus is pretty traditional for the most part. However, it still has a few good scenes, which make it above-average, and it is not simply a rip-off of other movies we have seen a million times before. So it is good, and that touch of originality is going to please horror movie aficionados.
