Inspirada en la novela infantil 'La conferencia de los animales de Erich Kästner, 'Animals United' nos lleva a descubrir y adentrarnos en el fabuloso mundo del reino animal. Los glaciares se derriten a un ritmo alarmante en el Ártico, los incendios devastan el interior de Australia y los vertidos de petróleo causan estragos en el Islas Galápagos... No importa dónde estés en el mundo, los seres humanos continúan destruyendo el medio ambiente. Obligados a huir de su hábitat, un grupo de animales que está dirigido por un gallo audaz, cruza el océano en una bañera oxidada. Su destino: El Delta del Okavango, en África, uno de los últimos rincones vírgenes de la Tierra. Este paraíso natural es el hogar de Billy, un suricato hiperactivo que vive con su esposa, Bonnie y su hijo Junior. Billy pasa sus días tranquilamente tocando su batería y paseando con su mejor amigo Sócrates, un león vegetariano que ama las flores y las mariposas. (VerCine)
