A solid rural detective story. Good interrogations, suspense, atmosphere, and the slight odd spark between the FBI agent and the doctor. A piece of no significance to the whole, but as one jigsaw to the overall puzzle it makes sense.

I returned to giving it a four-star rating in the fifth episode because there was something missing for me in the episode which focused on the Altoona murder. Later, it dawned on me that I was deprived of the chilling feeling because I didn't have the opportunity to glimpse into the mind of a serial killer.
