On one hand, I appreciate that very explicit scene; you don't usually see that in a movie unless it's pornographic. On the other hand, the film can bore you with conversations that are almost about nothing. It's as if the filmmakers were trying to say that being a prostitute isn't easy, no question about it, but it can also be pretty boring.
