A teenage boy is sent to an upper class prep school with a new name and identity as part of the Witness Protection Program. His parents were murdered in front of him, leaving him as the only witness to their brutal slaying at the hands of the Mafia. However, there's another new kid at the school, who arrived their shortly thereafter. This second kid has been sent there by the Mafia to finish the job that they started with the boy's parents.
