Sinopsis(1)
Fernand Naudin (Lino Ventura) dejó atrás su vida como gánster para tener una vida honesta y sin preocupaciones pero una llamada telefónica le hará regresar, a la fuerza, a sus antiguos quehaceres. Su antiguo jefe está a punto de fallecer y le hace prometer que se hará cargo de todos los negocios y, además, de su hija Patricia (Sabine Sinjen). Fernand acepta sin saber que el resto de la banda no aceptará así como así la sucesión y que Patricia es una joven rebelde que le complicará aún más las cosas.
Basada en la novela de Albert Simonin.

The action comedy beloved by the French, with the ever-hungry Lino Ventura and the young Sabine Sinjen. We see one classic actor next to another. I always like to see Bernard Blier's bald head, and Jean Lefebvre is omnipresent. Watching Ventura create his uncle, especially with the help of endless gastronomic orgies, is nice, but unfortunately, it doesn't carry the whole film. He feeds himself nicely and he also indulges in a bit of coffee or even something a little stronger with his own elegance, but if we are in the plane of comedy to parody, please make the action scenes more humorous.
