Un lugar llamado Glory

Before I got under the skin of the characters and put together what each character should probably be like, almost half of the movie was behind me. When the script then only switches between two positions - confused or naive - it would seem that a disaster is in the making. However, there are two reasons against it. Lex Barker and Pierre Brice effortlessly prove that the chemistry between the partners in Vinnetou is not coincidental and their shared scenes are a humorous soothing for every fan of the classic May novels. Thanks to them, Manitoba is a relatively pleasant breather for everyone who wants to see two unforgettable idols in a different relationship than just blood brothers. (14.12.2011)
