A documentary about Timo Haara, a Finnish guy who wants to cultivate high-THC cannabis without asking for permissions. The film is a story of one man's tenacious fight against the system in pursuit of his dream. Although the cultivation of cannabis for other than narcotic use is legal in Finland, the interpretation of the law allows the authorities to see all cultivation as possible drug cultivation.
