inglés The Croatian director filmed such a difficult-to-understand story in such a raw and uncompromising way that it was a little hard to watch and finish. Halima's Path showcases the reality that the whole Europe’s currently struggling with – an encounter between a Muslim and a Christian, which goes so far that they even have a child together. The people around them act in a fairly brutal way which proves that what Europe struggles with nowadays has already been daily bread for the people in the Balkans and it never resulted in any good. It’s just a shame that the movie’s depressing nature made me sick rather than making me take anything from it. The ending was a logical outcome of disappointed people at rock bottom. A sad, realistic and awfully depressing movie. ()
