Lyrik

A portrait of a controversial historian, Ján Mlynárik, serves the film The Lyricist to talk about the history of the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the 20th century. Practices of totalitarian regimes in our territory were in fact the main subject of Mlynárik's research. We are simultaneously watching how the political system in Czechoslovakia was developing and a life of a dissident, later deputy, and especially how their relationship was developing.
