Un anciano matrimonio reúne a cuatro de sus hijos, ya independizados, para comunicarles que están arruinados y los van a desahuciar en un plazo muy breve. Los hijos deciden entonces repartirse a sus padres: uno se queda con la madre y el otro con el padre, lo que supone un duro golpe para los ancianos, ya que han vivido juntos toda la vida. (Filmin)

A touching story about how people love each other and at the same time are repulsive and a hindrance to themselves. Two elderly spouses find themselves in a financial crisis, and their children are unable to take care of them. This is basically what the whole movie is about, and it ends with an incredibly emotional finale, which, however, doesn't impose anything on anyone, it simply describes how the old folks ended up.
