Purok 7

A countryside drama-comedy that follows Diana and her younger brother Julian. They must live alone after their parents part ways; their father now lives with another woman from the same village and their mother has gone abroad to find work. But instead of finding a better life, their mother is sentenced to death for drug trafficking in China. Everything takes place during a week-long festival in a farming village. Zone 7 follows the joys and sorrows of Diana and Julian as they strive to relieve their longing for a family. (Zlín Film Festival)
