It's a fairly decent sequel to the first film in the sense that it's qualitatively essentially the same. There are a few good scenes, and even though it's cheap, you still get the feeling that it's fantasy rather than just a pseudo-historical film. There's nothing great about it, but you can watch it quite easily without suffering too much.
