inglés Basically, it's an enjoyable conversational film set in a tightly confined space in a backwoods town, with an unexpected amount of verbal humour, sparse action for a western (which doesn't matter here in the slightest) and likeable performances from all involved. I never liked John Wayne, but sheriffs, green berets and alpha males were his reliable acting style. ()

inglés John Wayne, known as Duke, is simply a classic of American westerns and the film "Rio Bravo" is among the most classic examples of what we can find in American westerns with Wayne. Simply put, it is a classic. Several interesting facts came together in the film. Besides being in color, John Wayne collaborated with director Howard Hawks, who became famous for films like "The Big Sleep," "Red River," or his contribution to the film "The Thing from Another World," just to venture a bit into the realm of horror, but it's true, he was not the main director of this film.
