Török Rozália, daughter of the landowner in Ködörkut, wants to become an actress. She wants to be tried out in a film-shooting situation, but Szilágyi Péter, a film director, turns her down without much ado. Rozi decides not to be put off so easily, she follows Szilágyi everywhere, she hides in his car and even turns up in the man's flat. Finally, Szilágyi falls in love with the saucy little country girl and asks her out. However, Rozi does not turn up at the place. Instead, making use of the director's absence, she has a few photographs made of herself with the help of the assistant director. The producer seems to like the natural ways of the girl and has her contracted for the title role of a film entitled "Forester girl". After the shooting, Rozi is married to the director.
