On April 30th, 1945, Hitler committed suicide in his bunker in Berlin. On that day, he managed to do what many others had tried to do for 20 years but failed. Between 1921 and 1944, no fewer than 30 attacks were launched against the Führer...by workers, unionists, aristocrats, politicians and high-ranking military men. All had one aim—to rid the world of the biggest criminal of all time. The film explores how Hitler survived all these attempts on his life, and how the fate of Europe and countless lives may have been very different if it hadn't been for the luck of the devil.
