The fifteenth episode was quite disappointing to me, I added the third star for the excellent Dr. Park, who managed to quickly fill the fridge practically for all the departments performing transplants. And now honestly, who and why told that boy that he would get the liver of a sevenfold murderer? A child psychologist? The charitable aspect didn't turn out well either, so I see it as a maximum of 3*-.
