Sinopsis(1)
Mientras cuida de su nieta, el estrambótico D.C. decide contarle a la pequeña la historia de un rudimentario y caótico parque de atracciones que construyó hace años. Éste, conocido como "Action Point", triunfó entre los chicos del pueblo a pesar de encontrarse totalmente fuera de control: las atracciones experimentaban constantes averías, los visitantes sufrían graves accidentes y el equipo contratado no estaba preparado para responder ante ello. "Action Point" fue todo un éxito. Al menos hasta la aparición de un gran rival, "Seven Parks", un mega parque temático ubicado a escasa distancia. (Movistar+)

After watching the trailers, I was pretty sure that Johnny Knoxville can’t go wrong with this one. This theme is a familiar one for him, it’s just a shame he looks a bit old now. As I was watching, I realized I haven’t really seen him in a movie for quite some time. But why? He’s great at comedy and he’s always managed to do his action scenes well. He might be pushing fifty in this movie, but he still isn’t afraid to do his own stunts, which is a good thing. Action Point is undermined by its premise, though. It’s as plain as a pikestaff, but there are some good surprising moments when it’s worth it to watch everything that’s happening on screen. Sometimes, there’s more fun happening behind the actors in the background than in the foreground, which might be the biggest downside of the movie. It’s a good one, but it could have been so much better.
