Pamplinas en el Polo Norte

One of the weaker Keaton pieces. There's no shortage of ideas, but it's kind of sterile and doesn't make any use of Buster's inimitable physical comedy. Only the passage about the visit to the igloo and the final "shocking" twist are really outstanding. The Frozen North unfortunately doesn’t offer anything other than solid entertainment. A delicious parodic black comedy (I imagine the Coen brothers would make something similar today). The scenes in the igloo and fishing were simply flawless. (27.10.2014)
