The documentary follows the life of Polish writer, painter and graphic designer Bruno Schulz. And it’s a really interesting trip. It discovers and gradually uncovers the artist’s secrets, manuscripts, drawings and women… The memories of the witnesses are complemented by images from the borders of Schulz’s style, on the borders of reality and dreams. What was Bruno Schulz like? Is it possible to find a definite answer? The film uses an interesting combination of documentary and imaginative form, creating a labyrinth of feelings, imaginations, dreams and facts, in which you can find a complex reflection of the soul of a genius who was misunderstood in his time.
