inglés Once I started watching this show, I decided that I’m going to finish all 45 episodes. After the first five episodes, I got into a very interesting dialogue war between Karel Roden (who plays the therapist) and his patients, who are absolutely amazing actors in all regards. Actually, there wasn’t a single person who overplayed or was downright bad at acting. They were all portraying those deranged characters with absolute precision, I technically believed each and every one of them and I was always curious about where their story goes. It’s true that it kind of started losing its magic about mid-way. Every time, it was technically the same old routine that wasn’t developing in any way. But then Karel Roden’s character went through some shocks and I was incredibly curious about how it all ends. In the end, I have to say that the premise itself and everything around it was absolutely perfectly thought-out. It’s just that the ending could have had a more significant finish. In any case, when it comes to the psychology of the characters and their dialogues, I haven’t seen anything alike for a long time. I think that that’s an incredible achievement for a Czech show. ()

inglés This is too good to waste. Thursday sessions with Jana and Michal oscillate between intimate couple therapy and the individual search for knowledge. The themes of the dialogues deal with abortion, parenthood... Relationships are fragile, cruel, and animalistic. Geislerová is brilliant as a woman who needs the guidance of a firm hand. Every episode seems to be getting better and better. This already seems unrealistic after the first two sessions. Roden is a great guide in this, he doesn't interfere, but he also has his own crisis to deal with. I'm looking forward to the next episodes. ()
