Irene (Karine Teles) es una madre de familia de 40 años que vive junto a sus cuatro hijos en Petrópolis (Rio de Janeiro). Uno de ellos, el mayor, acaba de conseguir un contrato con un equipo de balonmano alemán, lo que le obligará a mudarse a otro país. A realistic, naturally flowing story about the joys and struggles of family life, with the focal point being the unique Irena, portrayed in a disarming manner by Karine Teles. The music plays an unmistakable role here, though there is not much of it, but it permeates the end of the film all the more significantly. (75%)
