Paraíso Perdido

If you accept the certain clumsiness of the screenwriting (there are too many coincidences in plot) and overlook the strong soap opera feel, you can enjoy watching Paradise Lost quite a bit. With much of the film taking place in a music bar, no expense was spared in singing and colourful costumes, giving it a snazzy retro feel. Despite my criticism of the script, I was impressed by the insertion of sign language into the plot. After a few days, you probably won't remember this film, but it's perfect for a free evening.
