Kill Me Today, Tomorrow I'm Sick!

Pristina, 1999. NATO bombings have not quelled inter-ethnic violence. To help democratize Kosovo, the international community has sent emissaries that include Anna, an idealistic young German woman. She soon sees that her colleagues are unmotivated and corrupt. Anna feels guilty for a deadly mistake she has made, abetted by Plaka, an operator with a weakness for Westerners and their currencies. Sucked into a maelstrom of intrigue and violence, the two will risk their lives for humanity and against indifference. (Montreal World Film Festival)
