Steven Seagal returns in relatively good form, perhaps because he spends most of the time sitting behind a desk. Sure, it's a simple script, but there are quite good characters here, whether portrayed by Luke Goss or Florin Piersic Jr. You’ll probably know how it ends, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the action scenes and Seagal's still impressive martial arts skills.
