The final episode of the first season surprised me quite unpleasantly. It wouldn't have been bad if there weren't so many poor souls there. Mitch was a poor soul because he felt unjustly accused, Hannah was a poor soul because she thought like a naive twelve-year-old at her age, Chip was a poor soul because he boasted without anyone appreciating him for it, and everyone at TMS were poor souls because they suffered another heart-wrenching loss. Thankfully, Cory (Billy Crudup) saved the day.
