The Road Home (S04E01)

When Joe Greene's reckless driving on a dangerous mountain curve inadvertently causes another car to plunge off the mountainside, killing a father and son, he manages to pull the only survivor out of the burning wreckage and look like a hero. But Joe can't face the pressure of his lies, and, with Monica's guidance, he confesses the truth about the accident to Russell, hoping that Russell will help him turn his life around. (Paramount+)
