Storms and hurricanes are becoming more extreme, bizarre weather more commonplace and human populations are increasingly exposed to inevitable acts of nature. With scientists predicting three to five major natural disasters each year, 'Could It Happen Here?' looks six different cities around the world and analyses if each city is prepared for disaster to strike. Viewers will witness the blueprints for disaster - from dangerous population growth to the impact of global warming and public and political complacency.
