Les Îles de Brissogne

Aurora, aged 18, has run away from the home where she lived with her mother, together with her brother Angiolino, having collected him from the asylum where he was interned due to a mental handicap. Aurora hopes to earn enough to leave the country and to begin a new life elsewhere with her brother. She sells herself every evening to the lorries parked for the night in a service area on a motorway in Northern Italy. Angiolino looks after her like a pimp, and watches such sexual intercourse.
