FOMO: Fear of Missing Out

Gergö’s life is governed by his father, a judge. The night before he is to start university, Gergö and his friends go to a party where they make a crazy bet causing the girl Lilla to disappear. The debut of young Hungarian director Attila Hartung is not only about the titular fear of missing out (FOMO) but about guilt. It also reflects the twists and turns of life on social media.
