Brian the Closer (S13E04)

When Peter gets into a tug of war with Brian over a rope toy, Peter becomes determined to claim the rope for himself. When Peter takes it too far and Brian ends up losing his teeth, he needs cosmetic surgery, which the Griffins refuse to pay for. Quagmire takes pity on Brian and has the procedure taken care of, though he tells Brian not to tell anybody he helped him. When Brian gets himself a set of gigantic, gleaming capped teeth, it leads him down a new career path as a real estate agent. With his new gleaming smile, Brian's a natural, but when he sells Quagmire a dump of a condo that the other realtors have been trying to sell for the last two years, Quagmire is furious, and Brian tries to avoid him until the sale is final.
