Tady hlídáme my

This loose sequel to the family movie Watchdog which I enjoyed quite a bit, didn't quite work out this time round. It doesn't even stand up as a kids’ movie anymore because of the frequent (by the way, quite embarrassing) attempts by Lukáš Vaculík and Jitka Ježková to conceive a baby. The plot is one big mishmash of ideas, and yet the movie finishes with tons of loose ends. Perhaps only the two talking dachshunds and the beautiful natural scenery of the Šumava Mountains save the overall impression. (35%) (28.09.2022)
