Trzeba zabić tę miłość

The story of two secondary-school graduates, Magda and Andrzej, and their spontaneous love. The young people fail to get into university. She takes a job in a hospital as an orderly to win the missing points to get in; he cannot find work. Together they move into a rented room, but soon it turns out that Andrzej got it thanks to an affair with his boss' wife and the theft of an icon. His boss demands the return of the icon or money for it. Andrzej wins Magda's forgiveness, but it soon comes to light that he visits her just to steal money from their cash box. (Warsaw Film Festival)
