Saam gaang

I won't claim that "Saam gaang" is a groundbreaking film, but I would rather say that Asians are capable of making short films that are consistent, hold together well, have a complete storyline, and above all, they work as horror films. This is not an attempt to entertain, but an attempt to frighten, to reach into the soul and show how dark and repulsive it is out there. A nice example of depressive horror films that are devoid of excessive eccentricity. (03.03.2015)
